WHEN TO BOOK MY newborn SESSION?
I recommend booking in just after your 12 or 20 week scan, whenever you feel most comfortable doing so. We will pencil in a preliminary date which will be adjusted if needed when your little one arrives.
WILL MY HOME BE SUITABLE?
Absolutely, I only need a window with a good light source and a little space to create magic, so don’t worry! I usually stick to the living space and master bedroom, sometimes the nursery too, but if you have any concerns about this, send me some videos or photos of your home so i can see the space but i guarantee it will be absolutely fine. The beauty of an in-home newborn session is having everything to hand and not needing to leave the house so soon after having your baby.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
I always suggest sticking to neutral tones, they compliment the style of my photograophy and photograph timelessly. I have a client wardrobe filled with beautiful post partum friendly dresses and robes and I bring with me a full newborn client wardrobe for you to select pieces from on the day.
